Breakfast:
A Smoothie (2 nectarines, 2 plums, 1 apple). Milk and müsli with cashew nuts and dried fruit.
Lunch:
Ravioli filled with spinach, and green lentils.
Snack:
Smoothie that consists of raspberries, one banana and milk. Yum!
Dinner:

Lunch:
Mushroom soup with onions. Despite the colour it was really good.
Snack:
A smoothie. Consists of raspberries, one banana, one nectarine, nuts, yoghurt and 2 pieces of dark chocolate.
Dinner:
Chicken with tandoori spice, cashew nuts, vegetables and curry rice.
